SIGNATURE CLASS OFFERINGS
SWEAT & RESTORE
Looking for a balance between working out and relaxing? If so, this is the class for you! You’ll be challenged through dynamic and energizing flow movements as we build strength and stability, which will be followed by cooling and relaxing postures to calm the breath, relax the mind, and settle the nervous system. Expect to leave the mat feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
RELAX & REWIND
This is a more gentle and relaxing class - perfect for beginners, or anyone looking to chill out more. We'll start from the basics - slowly breaking down each posture as we move through a calmer sequence. This session includes breath work, standing, balancing, back-bending, and seated poses. We'll end the class with a meditation aimed to reset the mind and improve sleep quality.
CORE, CORE, CORE
Feeling guilty from months of being a couch potato? Want to work towards a beach bod? Core Core Core is a full mind-body workout focused on tightening and strengthening the core and back. This is a more vigorous style of flow yoga that will keep the mind, body, and spirit empowered. A strong core is essential for improving posture and reducing back pain, especially after hours and hours of sitting WFH.

HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) YOGA
Flowtime HIIT is a mind-body yoga class with real-time technology tracked performance. These classes combine high-intensity, cardio-based flows that will get your heart pumping and muscles working, infused with slow-flow recovery intervals to relieve tension and allow you to catch your breath. Your body will feel stronger and more limber by the end of the class.
Students will wear Flowtime Heart Rate monitors which are integrated into the sessions, and students will be provided with individualized fitness reports at the end of each session. Team-based data analytics insight reports are offered as well.
OFFICE YOGA
FULL YOGA FOR OFFICE WORKERS
Feeling stiff after spending hours on end hunched over the keyboard WFH? Become more self-aware and empowered, allowing you to boost productivity. All aspects of this full-body class will be tailored to office workers – relieving head, neck, and back strain, while increasing overall physical and mental health to inspire a better day
CHAIR YOGA FOR OFFICE WORKERS
This class is similar to the session above, but is intended to equip you with tools that can be practiced at your desk, throughout the day. A handout will be provided with the office stretches / exercises for reference
WELLNESS TALK + YOGA
This will be a two-part session – Part 1 will be a presentation relatable to office employees including wellness tips for increasing productivity and performance. Part 2 will be either a full yoga or chair yoga session to reverse the negative effects of long hours of sitting
Conditioning Yoga - ACL Comeback

ACL WARRIOR YOGA:
For all athletes and non-athletes who have been cleared to participate in yoga after an ACL tear, this is a modified class specially designed for you. With over a decade of personal experience in ACL rehab, I’ve designed sequences to help keep you strong and stabilized – both mentally and physically. If you’ve torn your ACL, you probably know that regular ACL rehab can be boring, dull, repetitive, and depressing. However, when safe ACL exercises are fused together into a fun sequence with music, motivation, and meditation, it can elevate your experience. You’ll also have a chance to connect with others who’ve been through similar hurdles and “get it”.
