MICHELLE YEAP | FOUNDER – FLOWTIME YOGA

Michelle is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-280), Certified Meditation Teacher, and Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST), offering elevated wellness experiences that integrate breath, movement, and presence. Her work spans corporate wellness programs, creative collaborations, brand activations, and live events—each designed to create space for clarity, calm, and connection in high-demand environments.
With over a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and more than 10 years of classical ballet training through the Royal Academy of Dance, Michelle brings refined technique, purposeful movement, and a deep understanding of alignment to every session. She has trained with respected teachers in Toronto, New York, Costa Rica, and Bali, shaping a practice that is both grounded and globally informed.
Her featured experiences include wellness sessions for leadership teams, mindful movement for brand events, and leading Canada’s first runway meditation at Fashion Art Toronto—introducing stillness and presence into dynamic, high-impact spaces.
Michelle is also the founder of defyodds.co, a platform shaped by her journey through five ACL surgeries and her continued exploration of movement as a path to resilience and reconnection.
In 2023, Michelle was included in The Globe and Mail’s Canada’s 50 Best Executives.
